In the event of account closure due to breach of Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is due to inactivity or voluntary request, any verified real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their last used verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
